Job summary

Target Orlando On-Demand Team Members are part of aGuest Advocate role focusing on welcoming guests, delivering helpful service, and guiding them through store services and digital options. You will participate in a flexible scheduling system via the myTime app, choosing shifts that fit your availability.

New hires attend a Target Welcome orientation and must respond promptly to scheduling requests. You will support guest needs across checkout, pickup, and digital services while upholding Target

• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.
• Ability to adapt to varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Reliable attendance and responsiveness to scheduling requests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with needs to create a positive experience.
• Scan and bag items and help maintain checkout efficiency.
• Assist with Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry services as needed.
• Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns per Target policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and support team members as required.
