Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver an easy, inspiring shopping experience.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure smooth shopping.
• End every interaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support teammates and assist in other areas as needed.
• Promote current promos and store activities to guests.
• Explain and help guests use features of the Target App, including Wallet.
• Encourage loyalty program sign-ups and assist with enrollment.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, following safety standards.
