Job summary

Target is seeking an On‑Demand Team Member to provide outstanding guest service in-store. You will create a welcoming experience, assist guests with inquiries, and promote loyalty programs while staying flexible to store needs.

As a guest advocate, you will learn about products and services, operate scanners and mobile tools, and work with leaders to resolve guest concerns while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and solve their needs.
• Know the store’s products and services to help guests.
• Assist with Wallet and loyalty programs sign-ups.
• Handle Order Pick Up and Drive Up guest needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and stock supplies.
• Follow safety policies and protect guest information.
