Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member and Guest Advocate who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You will create a welcoming guest experience, help guests locate products, and support store operations as needed.

Your schedule may vary; you pick up shifts via the myTime app, with a minimum commitment of four hours every four weeks. Orientation and training are provided to prepare you for success in this role.

• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming experience.
• Engage with guests to solve specific needs and questions.
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to resolve issues.
• Thank guests and promote Target Loyalty benefits as needed.
• Operate scanners and bag items efficiently while following safety standards.
• Support order pick up, drive-up, and registry guests with care.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and assist with stock during open hours.
