Job summary

Target is seeking a Small Format Team Member to help guests and keep the store running smoothly. You will greet guests, assist with questions, stock and merchandise, and ensure price accuracy and clean presentation across departments.

This role offers a dynamic, physical work environment with flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and opportunities to learn product knowledge and safety practices on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks while completing responsibilities.

• Keep sales floor stocked, signed, and in good presentation.
• Assist across departments and complete backroom tasks as needed.
• Operate scanners and gain knowledge of store tools and products.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies.
