HSBC is seeking an experienced Wealth Product Manager for the Private Bank in Guernsey. You will drive the development and enhancement of the product suite, ensuring competitive offerings and strong client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong Private Bank Investment/Wealth product knowledge.
• Willingness to pursue/achieve relevant Level 4 wealth qualification.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop business partners in a changing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders in a complex matrix.
• Experience working in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Support management and development of the Private Bank product suite to stay competitive and client-focused.
• Own defined products or areas of the product lifecycle from proposition to delivery and ongoing review.
• Support product commercialisation with Guernsey Private Bank and Investment partners to boost adoption and performance.
• Lead strategic change initiatives including new products, pricing, and digital improvements to client journeys.
• Collaborate across Private Bank, Retail Wealth and Group teams to translate business needs into practical solutions.
