Curtis Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Skilled Laborer for its Guardrail Division. Under close supervision, you will perform traffic control, concrete preparation, and guardrail installation following safety regulations at outdoor construction sites.

Work outdoors in varying weather conditions with moderate physical demands, including lifting up to 75 pounds. We offer Health and Dental Insurance, a 401K Program, Profit Sharing, Paid Holidays and Paid Leave.

Qualifications

• Operate mini excavators, skid steers, and front end loaders.
• Perform traffic control with proper signaling.
• Adhere to OSHA safety rules and regulations in hazardous traffic environments.
• Follow federal and state safety laws and regulations.
• Operate and maintain small construction equipment and hand tools safely.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.
• Establish and maintain productive working relationships with teammates.
