Formación

• Licensed Texas attorney with several years of practice.
• Experience leading professional staff in a legal environment.
• Ability to interpret laws, rules, and regulatory requirements and advise executives.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews and advises on laws, rules, and policies affecting the HHS system.
• Provides legal briefs and reports to system executives and decision-makers.
• Directs the Guardianship Department and supervises attorneys and staff.
