Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Minimum two years experience in social services or aging programs preferred.
• Must pass Level 2 background screening and maintain DOEA eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ward case files with complete documentation.
• Visit wards regularly to assess condition and care quality.
• Communicate with wards to identify concerns and needs.
• Coordinate with providers, caregivers, and staff.
• Manage ward budgets and financial records with receipts.
• Prepare court reports on ward status and finances.
