Senior Resource Association in Florida seeks a Guardian Representative to provide guardianship services under Public and Professional Guardianship Programs. You will advocate for wards, ensure safety, manage documentation, and report to the court in compliance with Florida statutes and DOEA requirements.

The role requires bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, plus experience and ability to work in diverse settings, with some local travel and non-traditional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Minimum two years experience in social services or aging programs preferred.
• Must pass Level 2 background screening and maintain DOEA eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Maintain ward case files with complete documentation.
• Visit wards regularly to assess condition and care quality.
• Communicate with wards to identify concerns and needs.
• Coordinate with providers, caregivers, and staff.
• Manage ward budgets and financial records with receipts.
• Prepare court reports on ward status and finances.
