Job summary

ALL is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee the contract guard force and daily operations at Sioux Falls. The role focuses on ensuring contract compliance, coordinating training, and serving as liaison with COR and government staff.

The position requires 3–5 years in security management and 1–3 years of supervisory experience, with a valid driver’s license and the ability to carry a firearm. A comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in security management, law enforcement, military, emergency management, physical security, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and security-related software systems.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to operate Government or company vehicles.
• Ability to legally possess and carry a firearm.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervisory control of all security guards assigned to the contract.
• Monitors daily operations and performance of the guard force and conducts inspections to ensure contract compliance.
• Ensures compliance with all USGS physical security rules, regulations, directives, post orders, and SOPs.
• Serves as liaison with the COR and Government staff and attends meetings and briefings.
• Maintains training records and administers training requirements.
