Job summary

Tribute Home Care in Massachusetts is seeking compassionate caregivers for the Tribute Secure program. You will be guaranteed 40 hours of pay each week by committing to available days and driving to client visits across the South Coast.

Role requires a valid driver's license, CPR, and CNA/HHA credentials; includes support from a close-knit team, benefits, and flexible scheduling on weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Comfort driving up to 30 miles for visits across MA South Coast.
• CPR certification; CNA or HHA credentials preferred.
• Available for full-day visits ≥4 days/week, including one weekend.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-day caregiving visits up to 12 hours.
• Travel to client sites across the South Coast of Massachusetts.
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and the team.
• Attend orientation and ongoing training.
