Job summary

Tribute Home Care is seeking dedicated caregivers to join our South Coast team. This role offers 40 hours of guaranteed weekly pay, with stable weekly earnings for drivers who commit to assigned days.

You will provide full-day care visits across the South Coast of Massachusetts, including Dartmouth, Westport, and Fairhaven, up to 12 hours per day starting early morning. A valid license, CNA/HHA or equivalent hands-on caregiving experience, and CPR are required.

• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• CPR certification.
• Availability for full day visits at least 4 days per week including one weekend day.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide caregiving services during full-day visits up to 12 hours.
• Travel to client visits across the South Coast of Massachusetts (Dartmouth, Westport, Fairhaven, nearby areas).
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and the care team and show up for each client with reliability.

Job description

Tribute Secure is a guaranteed pay program designed for experienced caregivers who drive, work full days, and want the stability of knowing exactly what they will earn each week. In exchange for your commitment to be available on your assigned days, you will receive 40 hours of guaranteed pay every week, even if your full schedule is not booked.

This is a Tribute Home Care position. That means you will be part of a close-knit team that genuinely supports you, celebrates you, and has your back every day.

What this role requires

You must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving up to 30 miles for client visits across the South Coast of Massachusetts including Dartmouth, Westport, Fairhaven, and nearby neighborhoods. Visits are up to 12 hours long and start at 7am/pm or 8am/pm. You must be available at least 4 days per week including one consistent weekend day.

You have professional hands-on caregiving experience and a personal reason you do this work. You communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, and our team. You are dependable, flexible about travel and scheduling, and you show up for every client the way you would want someone to show up for the people you love most.
