Job summary

Tribute Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes on the South Shore, MA, including Hingham, Weymouth, Dedham, Canton and surrounding areas.

You will provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and help with daily routines, following detailed care plans with the care team to ensure clients feel safe and cared for. Weekend availability and reliable transportation are needed.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification or equivalent caregiving experience.
• Comfort with long visits and awake overnights.
• Weekend availability at least one day per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

What the job looks like

Visits are typically long enough to build a real relationship with your client.

You will work in clients' homes across the South Shore - Hingham, Weymouth, Dedham, Canton and surrounding areas, providing personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines.

You will work closely with Tribute's care team to follow detailed care plans and ensure every client feels safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. You will build lasting relationships with a small number of clients over time.
