Job summary

Radiance Technologies in Guam seeks a Deputy Program Manager for the 5G Communications Fabric program. You will be the on-island program representative, leading day-to-day execution and coordinating with government customers, military partners, and contractors at Andersen AFB.

We require 10+ years in government/military program management, active DoD secret clearance, Guam residency, and strong leadership and communication. Some travel (25–50%) to INDOPACOM activities may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of government/military program management experience.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Guam residency (or willingness to establish) and on-site work at Andersen AFB.
• Ability to lead multiple concurrent activities in a high-tempo environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with government customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of 5GCF activities in Guam, ensuring alignment with objectives and schedules.
• Serve as the primary on-island interface for the program during government meetings, site activities, and engagements.
• Support OT&E, exercises, testing events, and operationalization efforts across Guam and INDOPACOM AOR.
• Coordinate personnel, equipment, subcontractors, logistics, and resources for deployments and demonstrations.
• Prepare and deliver program status reports, briefings, and readiness assessments for leadership and customers.
