Job summary

Radiance Technologies, an employee-owned company, seeks a Deputy Program Manager for the Guam segment of the 5G Communications Fabric (5GCF) program to support INDOPACOM. You will be the primary on-island program representative, directing day-to-day execution, coordinating with government customers, military partners, and contractors to ensure alignment with schedules and priorities.

The role requires DoD experience, a Secret clearance, Guam residency, and on-site work at Andersen AFB.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
• Guam residency required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant government/military/defense or contractor experience.
• Experience managing complex, multi‑organization programs.
• Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS up to 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of 5GCF activities in Guam to align with objectives.
• Serve as primary on-island interface for government meetings and site activities.
• Support program lead in scope, schedule, resources, risks, and execution.
• Coordinate deployment, testing, sustainment, and operationalization of 5G‑enabled networks.
• Prepare program status reports and briefings for leadership and customers.
• Maintain SOPs, checklists, and documentation for repeatable execution.
