Job summary

Radiance Technologies, Inc. seeks a Deputy Program Manager for Guam to lead on-island management of the 5G Communications Fabric program across the INDOPACOM AOR.

You will coordinate day-to-day execution, interface with government customers, military partners, and vendors, and support OT&E, exercises, and deployments. The role requires 10+ years of experience in government/military settings, DoD program exposure, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
• Must reside in Guam or establish Guam residency prior to starting and maintain Guam residency.
• Must be available to perform duties on-site at Andersen AFB and other locations in Guam as mission requirements dictate.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in government, military, defense-contractor, telecommunications, logistics, project/program management, or operational organizations.
• Experience managing or coordinating complex programs, projects, deployments, exercises, or operational activities involving multiple organizations and concurrent priorities.
• Experience supporting Department of Defense programs, military operations, deployment readiness, exercises, contingency operations, or other mission-driven environments.
• Experience coordinating personnel, equipment, assets, schedules, logistics, taskings, requirements, deliverables, and operational activities.
• Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS up to 25–50% including to remote and austere locations in support of 5GCF activities throughout the INDOPACOM AOR.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of 5GCF activities in Guam, ensuring alignment with objectives, schedules, and government priorities.
• Serve as the primary on-island interface for the 5GCF Program during government meetings, site activities, and mission-partner coordination.
• Support program lead in managing Guam-related scope, schedule, priorities, deliverables, resources, risks, and execution.
• Coordinate deployment, testing, sustainment, and operationalization of 5G-enabled communications capabilities.
• Oversee site access, facilities, power, network connectivity, and asset accountability for deployments and exercises.
• Prepare and deliver program status reports, readiness assessments, and briefings for leadership and government customers.
• Maintain documentation and SOPs supporting repeatable program execution and information assurance requirements.
