Job summary

Endurion is seeking an Ordnance Inventory Specialist to support a multi-year contract with US Navy SOF deployed overseas, supporting Detachment Guam. The role involves handling and accounting for ammunition and explosives, ensuring 100% accountability, and coordinating movement and storage across multiple sites.

The position requires 5+ years of AA&E and OIS experience, a valid US passport, and the ability to drive government vehicles.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid US passport for the duration of the contract.
• Minimum 5 years of direct OIS experience.
• Minimum 5 years of direct AA&E experience.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must be able to drive Government-owned trucks and vans; CDL not required unless stated.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the direction and coordination of all activities concerned with handling, storing, and shipment of ammunition and other explosive components.
• Review, process, and analyze ordnance policies and regulations for current operations.
• Process documents for ammunition issue and receipts to maintain 100% accountability.
• Prepare schedules for transportation, storage, issuing, and receiving ammunition and specify magazines/bunkers.
• Handle hazardous materials transport per applicable regulations (U.S. DOT, NAVSUP, etc.).
• Advise Detachment Guam Weapons personnel on ordnance, accountability, safety, and movement.
• Participate in audits/inspections related to ordnance accounting and ammunition supply.
• Identify and label hazardous waste per regulations; manage waste within limits.
• Coordinate sponsorship letters and visa requirements for mission sites.
• Understand OIS, ATR, NAVSUP programs and related systems.
