Job summary

Olgoonik Corporation is seeking a Warehouse/Distribution Specialist to manage material movement, emergencies, and document control in a Guam warehouse environment. You will handle MROs, shipments, and audits while coordinating inspections and ensuring compliance with SOPs and government requirements.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years in distribution/warehousing, and familiarity with WMS/DSS/MAT systems. A forklift license and government clearance may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School degree required. Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of distribution/warehousing experience with WMS/DSS/MAT in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Respond to distribution inquiries and material requests promptly.
• Process emergency MROs and ESOC requests per SOPs.
• Provide status reports for material shipments and audits.
• Coordinate escorted warehouse inspections and outages.
• Maintain evidentiary records for audit readiness.
