Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, GTS Digital Enablement to lead data governance, lifecycle management, and operational readiness across the GTS digital portfolio in a regulated environment.

You will partner with business leads and BI&T, ensure data integrity, drive risk mitigation, and align digital capabilities with enterprise objectives while delivering governance programs with urgency and transparency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Information Management, or a related discipline; advanced degree and/or relevant professional certifications preferred.
• 8+ years of experience leading business processes, digital capabilities, governance activities, or operational programs within a regulated environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly, prioritize demands, and present governance updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary GTS lead for data and digital governance, compliance, data stewardship, and lifecycle obligations.
• Champion data integrity, ownership, traceability, retention, and regulatory compliance across the portfolio.
• Resolve governance gaps and compliance findings through stakeholder coordination and action tracking.
• Monitor portfolio health, compliance status, lifecycle milestones, risks, and performance to leadership.
• Collaborate with GTS business reps, BI&T Partners, Quality, Compliance, Procurement, and external providers.
• Plan and track recurring governance activities, training, audits, and vendor engagements.
