The Team You'll Work WithYou’ll be joining our GTM Strategy team as a GTM Strategy Manager. This team is part of the broader Strategy & Business Operations team, partnering closely with business leaders across sales, marketing, product, and operations to drive revenue, efficiency, and customer experience.
The Problems You'll SolveAs a GTM Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving scalable revenue growth by defining, optimizing, and executing foundational sales and GTM strategies for the Private Equity or Venture Capital business, critical focus areas for Carta.

SalaryCarta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is $127,500 - $185,000 in San Francisco and New York. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors.
