• Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success).
• Coordinate interviews across global time zones.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and craft compelling job descriptions.
• Source, engage, and evaluate top candidates with data-driven approaches.
• Deliver best-in-class candidate experience reflecting Meshy’s startup culture.
• Maintain data accuracy and recruiting metrics in ATS (Greenhouse, etc.).
• Collaborate with People Ops on offer strategy, onboarding, and employer branding.
• Stay up to date with AI/3D trends to inform talent engagement.
