Job summary

Meshy is seeking an experienced recruiter to own end-to-end GTM hiring across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success. You will coordinate interviews across global time zones, partner with hiring managers, and build data-driven sourcing strategies in a fast-growth AI/3D startup.

Based at our Sunnyvale, CA office, the role offers a base salary of $120,000–$180,000 with a targeted 15% annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 1 year in a startup or fast-growth tech.
• Track record of hiring for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, BD, Customer Success).
• Agile mindset—adaptable and iterative in a fast-changing environment.
• Self-starter who can operate independently while staying aligned with business goals.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem).
• Onsite in Sunnyvale, CA office.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
• Coordinate interviews across global time zones with smooth communication.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles, craft compelling job descriptions, and create targeted sourcing strategies.
• Source, engage, and evaluate top candidates through data-driven approaches.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience reflecting Meshy’s startup culture.
• Maintain data accuracy and recruiting metrics in ATS (e.g., Greenhouse).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with People Ops on offer strategy, onboarding, and employer branding.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in AI, 3D, and creative tech — and use that insight to engage talent authentically.
