Job summary

Digital Prospectors is seeking a disciplined GTM Project Manager to lead product launches from handover through in-market results across multiple brands and markets. You will build rollout plans, coordinate marketing assets and field activities, and manage external vendors and Brand Ambassadors while tracking sell-through against forecasts.

  • Experience briefing and managing external design or creative agencies against deadlines, budgets, and service levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, including demand forecasting and sell-through reporting by location and SKU.
  • Highly organized and process-driven, with experience documenting repeatable playbooks and improving processes after each cycle.
  • Clear, direct communication skills and the ability to drive execution across teams without direct authority.

  • Manage the central repository and request process for sales and marketing assets.
  • Ensure every product has accurate images and descriptions across retail platforms.
  • Document and enforce state-by-state marketing compliance requirements before distribution.
  • Maintain the event calendar by market with vendor days and sampling activities.
  • Schedule and fulfill event requests and staff vendor days via Brand Ambassadors.
  • Track launch execution by location and publish status updates.
  • Report sell-through against forecast by market, location, and SKU.
  • Maintain and improve tiered launch playbooks from lessons learned.
  • Establish ROI tracking for advertising and menu-campaign spend.

Job description

A growing, multi-market regulated consumer products company is seeking a disciplined, data-driven GTM Project Manager to lead product launches from product handover through in-market results. This role will build launch plans, coordinate marketing assets and field activities, manage external creative vendors and Brand Ambassadors, and report sell-through performance against forecast.

The GTM Project Manager will report to the President and collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales Leadership, Account Executives, Inside Sales, retail partners, and external vendors. Brand positioning and promotional strategy are established by executive leadership; this role is responsible for disciplined execution and data-informed recommendations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a rolling 180-day go-to-market calendar covering new products and product improvements across multiple markets and brands.
  • Take ownership of products at the defined handover point in the new product introduction process and carry them through launch.
  • Build rollout plans for each launch, including target locations, launch dates, sampling and events, asset kits, and demand forecasts.
  • Coordinate with Sales Leadership to align launch plans with field team capacity.
  • Brief and manage outsourced design and creative vendors, including deadlines, reviews, approvals, compliance requirements, and service levels.
  • Manage the central repository and request process for sales and marketing assets, including print and digital request forms.
  • Ensure every product has accurate images and descriptions across all applicable retail menu platforms.
  • Document and enforce state-by-state marketing compliance requirements for each asset type before distribution.
  • Maintain the event calendar by market, including vendor days, education programs, and sampling activities.
  • Schedule and fulfill event requests and staff vendor days through the Brand Ambassador pool.
  • Track launch execution by location during each launch window, including live locations, deployed assets, and completed activities.
  • Escalate execution gaps through Sales Leadership and publish launch status updates during the launch window.
  • Report sell-through against forecast by market, location, and SKU after each launch window.
  • Maintain and improve tiered launch playbooks based on lessons learned from each launch.
  • Establish ROI tracking for advertising and menu-campaign spend before scaling investment.

Qualifications:

  • Four or more years of experience in project management, go-to-market, trade marketing, or brand operations.
  • Demonstrated success managing product launches from handover through in-market execution across multiple locations.
  • Experience coordinating field sales teams, creative vendors, and retail partners.
  • Experience briefing and managing external design or creative agencies against deadlines, budgets, and service levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, including demand forecasting and sell-through reporting by location and SKU.
  • Highly organized and process-driven, with experience documenting repeatable playbooks and improving processes after each cycle.
  • Clear, direct communication skills and the ability to drive execution across teams without direct authority.
  • Working knowledge of retail menu platforms, CRM systems, and design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva preferred.
  • Experience in cannabis or another regulated industry preferred but not required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to work overtime and travel as needed.
  • Must be able to work for prolonged periods at a desk and on a computer.
  • Must comply with all applicable legal and company regulations for working in the industry.
