The Gemini App team at Google DeepMind is building the future of conversational AI. We seek a Go-to-Market Operations Lead to shape growth strategy and run large-scale initiatives across marketing, partnerships, and product integrations.

You will allocate resources using a growth framework, collaborate with Business Development and cross-functional teams, and report metrics to executives. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strategic thinking and execution excellence.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth framework to drive Gemini App adoption across key markets and pillars.
• Make data-driven decisions on resource allocation (e.g., TPU compute) and collaborate with marketing to optimize funding across channels.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and manage partnership opportunities with Business Development teams.
• Lead the execution of major Go-to-Market initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor post-launch progress, report metrics to executives, and drive course corrections as needed.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth framework to drive Gemini App adoption across key markets and pillars, prioritizing key Go-to-Market levers like marketing, partnerships, and product integrations.
• Make data-driven decisions on resource allocation (e.g., TPU compute) and collaborate with marketing teams to optimize funding across various channels and regions to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
• Evaluate, prioritize, and manage partnership opportunities (such as OEMs and carriers), working closely with Business Development teams to discuss optimal outcomes.
• Lead the execution of major Go-to-Market initiatives, such as extended free trials or carrier partnerships, by coordinating with cross-functional and cross-product area teams.
• Monitor post-launch progress, report key metrics to executive leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on course correction or acceleration efforts as needed.
