Job summary

Insight is seeking a GTM Marketing Manager for the Google Solution Line. This fully remote role connects Google with Insight’s internal sales team, driving joint campaigns, events, and field activations to accelerate pipeline and close opportunities.

With 5+ years in partner, field, or channel marketing, you will align go-to-market motions, translate corporate campaigns into account-level actions, and enable sales with tailored collateral while tracking program performance for Google.

• 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, field marketing, or channel marketing.
• Relationship-building skills; comfortable navigating matrixed organizations and bridging the gap between two different sales cultures.
• Strong background in translating high-level corporate campaigns into tactical, account-specific sales movements.
• Experience organizing and executing highly targeted customer meetings, field events, and sales activations.

Responsibilities

• Sales Alignment & Relationship Building: Act as the primary liaison connecting the Google corporate sales team with our internal commercial teams, ensuring tight alignment on joint pipeline goals.
• Solution Integration: Strategically plug Google Workspace and Gemini messaging into broader internal go-to-market motions to create cohesive solution pitches for our sellers.
• Event & Activation Execution: Drive the on-the-ground execution of prospective customer meetings, executive roundtables, and high-touch webinars designed to accelerate mid-funnel deals.
• Sales Enablement & Connectivity: Serve as the central hub for sales communication, ensuring sellers know exactly how and when to leverage Google resources, subject matter experts, and tailored collateral.
• Programmatic Reporting: Track the success of field activations and sales programs, providing detailed proof of performance reporting and activity descriptions to Google to ensure partner funding accountability.

About the role

As the GTM Marketing Manager for the Google Solution Line, you are the connective tissue between Google and our internal sales organization. Your primary focus is deep sales alignment—plugging the Insight Google Solution Line commercial team directly into our broader offerings. You will orchestrate go-to-market motions, facilitate cross-company relationships, and ensure both sets of sellers have the right campaigns, events, and field support they need to turn pipeline interest into closed-won opportunities. What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, field marketing, or channel marketing.
• Relationship-building skills; comfortable navigating matrixed organizations and bridging the gap between two different sales cultures.
• Strong background in translating high-level corporate campaigns into tactical, account-specific sales movements.
• Experience organizing and executing highly targeted customer meetings, field events, and sales activations.
• (Preferred) Prior experience working closely with B2B enterprise tech sales teams or within major cloud partner ecosystems.
