Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Data Scientist to build and operate the next generation of GTM intelligence. You will own production decision data products, define features, ship production workflows, and collaborate with Analytics Engineering and Data Engineering to scale.

You will lead projects that prioritize accounts, identify risks and opportunities, and measure outcomes, combining telemetry, CRM data, and field activity into decision-focused systems.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with production decision systems.
• Strong SQL and Python production experience.
• Experience building canonical feature datasets.

Responsibilities

• Set the roadmap and methodology for GTM intelligence and decision products.
• Own the full lifecycle of intelligence products from feature definition to monitoring.
• Build canonical feature datasets across telemetry, CRM data, and field activity.
• Choose among heuristics, scores, models, and ranking approaches based on data maturity.
• Partner with GTM stakeholders to improve account prioritization and outcomes.
• Define exposure, action, feedback, and outcome data for evaluation and improvement.
• Create monitoring for data quality, freshness, and drift.
• Ship and operate reliable first versions with shared infra as needed.
