Base pay range

$110,400.00/yr - $174,400.00/yr

The Opportunity - GTM Insights & Analytics Manager (Remote - USA / CANADA)

We’re looking for a strategic and analytical GTM Insights & Analytics Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how we define, measure, and optimize performance metrics across Sales, Marketing, and Client Operations. This role is perfect for someone who loves turning data into actionable insights, building dashboards, and driving cross-functional alignment. You’ll be a force behind our GTM data strategy - ensuring data integrity, uncovering growth opportunities, and empowering teams with the tools and insights they need to make smart, data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do
  • Define and standardize core GTM performance metrics, establishing a “data dictionary” of key filters, metrics, and terms for Sales, Marketing, and Client Operations data. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across our systems and act as a champion for data governance within GTM teams.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify key drivers of revenue growth, conversion, and customer retention. Identify trends and outliers to provide actionable insights that drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Design, build, and maintain robust dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into GTM funnel, campaign performance, and customer health KPIs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to guide decision-making and support new initiatives, including GTM target setting (Sales and Marketing), hiring goals, and improving forecasting models for increased predictive accuracy.
  • Work closely with Data Engineering to ensure relevant GTM data (from Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight, etc.) is captured and modeled correctly.
  • Partner with GTM team members to support ad-hoc requests and deep dives. Drive adoption of our BI tools and dashboards to promote a self-service analytics culture.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance our go-to-market strategies and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Operations, Finance, and Product teams on high-impact projects.
What You'll Have
  • 5+ years in analytics, strategy, or operations roles within high-growth B2B SaaS or similar environments. Proven understanding of business performance drivers and diagnosing GTM challenges through data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in manipulating large datasets using SQL and Excel. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) for analysis or automation is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Omni, Looker) to create dashboards and reports, with the ability to communicate data insights effectively.
  • Familiarity with GTM systems and data sources like Salesforce, Marketo, and Gainsight, and how to model their data for analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations. Proven stakeholder influence and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
