Job summary

Glean is seeking a strategic, data-driven HR Business Partner to support our go-to-market teams as we scale. You will partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to translate business goals into people strategies that strengthen performance, leadership, and organizational effectiveness.

This hybrid role (4 days in Mountain View) offers a base salary range of $140,000 to $170,000, plus variable compensation and benefits, including stipends for home office,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HRBP or People Partner experience supporting GTM or revenue orgs in a high-growth SaaS or tech company.
• Strong business acumen with experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or RevOps.
• Expertise in performance management, org design, talent planning, and leadership coaching.
• Analytical and comfortable using data to guide decisions and scale processes.
• Skilled at handling complex people matters with sound judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leaders on org design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management.
• Use people data and business context to identify risks and opportunities across performance, retention, and engagement.
• Coach managers on hiring, feedback, performance management, and team effectiveness.
• Support talent reviews, promotions, employee relations matters, and organizational changes with sound judgment.
• Partner with Talent, Compensation, People Operations, RevOps, and Finance on hiring, compensation, and lifecycle processes.
