Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a GTM Growth Programs Lead to own the shared capabilities that enable Startup GTM to incubate, launch, measure, and scale growth programs. This role will initially own credit and commercial programs while building reusable infrastructure for a broader portfolio of GTM motions.

The goal is not to centralize program ownership: teams closest to startups should continue to identify, incubate, and own growth motions.

Responsibilities

• Build the GTM program platform for Startups. Develop shared infrastructure, tooling, and agentic systems that turn growth opportunities into scalable programs, automate work across the program lifecycle, and make each subsequent motion faster to launch.
