Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Manager in the Finance & Strategy (F&S) Central team to curate analytics from integrated data and deliver insights to executives. You will report on ACV, AOV, new logos, country expansion, and deal size, partnering with global finance and operations to drive growth.

The role emphasizes building repeatable reporting, presenting findings, and influencing leaders with data-driven decisions. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of analytics, finance, business operations, or management consulting.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and deliverables.
• Comfort with a fast-moving environment and ambiguity.
• Strong Excel, Tableau, and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of global bookings metrics (ACV, NNAOV) and GTM models.
• Collaborate with global finance, operations, and distribution to report and unlock regional insights.
• Create frameworks for topline insights and presentation-ready content for GTM globally.
• Deliver insights that help leaders understand key metrics and variances.
• Translate business needs into analytical frameworks to support initiatives.
• Develop repeatable reporting processes and stakeholder-ready content.
