Job summary

Canva in San Francisco with flexible work options is seeking a Senior FP&A Leader to drive revenue and go-to-market planning. You will partner with senior leaders, grow a high-performance team, and align finance strategy with product, growth, and international operations.

You will own driver-based forecasts, enable reporting cadence at the executive level, and design planning processes to improve efficiency and decision making across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven record of leading and scaling global Revenue and GTM FP&A teams in product- and sales-led environments.
• Experience in a U.S. public-company setting preferred.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Ability to coach teams to deliver against complex goals in ambiguity and change.

Responsibilities

• Drive cohesive MAU, Annualised Revenue, Revenue, Bookings and Billings forecasts with inputs from Product, Growth, Sales, Marketing and International ops.
• Own and enable reporting and insights across the topline with cross-group partnerships.
• Connect long-range strategy to operational planning and execution.
• Lead FP&A partnerships with business leaders to manage performance and implement planning frameworks.
