Job summary

FSH Technologies is seeking a software engineer to join our public-sector focus and help ship software, build AI-powered tools, and support internal GTM tooling.

You will work with a small, high-agency team, partnering with non-technical stakeholders to shape engineering culture while delivering practical solutions for government and civic use cases. Employees are expected to live in New York City or Philadelphia and work from our office in either location.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping software to users.
• Experience building AI powered tools or products.
• Preferred: Experience working at a venture backed company.
• Preferred: A civic background.
