Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM Engineering, Salesforce, or a similar technical role.

• Hands-on automation/integration with Workato and Zapier.
• Proficiency in Apex, Python, JavaScript for low-code platforms.

For our client, we are seeking a GTM Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will help shape the technical infrastructure that supports go-to-market execution, with a strong emphasis on automation, integrations, and scalable workflow design. The position blends hands-on Salesforce development with AI-enabled solution building to improve operational efficiency across commercial teams. You will partner closely with GTM stakeholders to solve process challenges, connect systems, and turn business needs into reliable technical solutions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $170,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance AI-powered workflows using Salesforce Agentforce
• Develop solutions in Salesforce using Flow, Apex, and APIs
• Design scalable solutions grounded in object-oriented programming principles
• Create integrations and automations across Salesforce and related technology systems
• Utilize AI tools for prototyping and solution development
• Connect systems and synchronize data through APIs and webhooks
• Liaise directly with GTM teams to address and resolve operational pain points

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM Engineering, Salesforce, or a similar technical role
• Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Flow, data modeling, and APIs
• Development experience and knowledge of object‑oriented programming principles
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce
• Hands‑on experience with automation and integrations using Workato and Zapier
• Knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, and integration troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Apex, Python, JavaScript, or other languages for low‑code platforms
