Job summary

Conduit is hiring a GTM Engineer to drive MQLs and pipeline across AEO/GEO, outbound, and paid channels. You will own the GTM stack, leverage Salesforce, and experiment with AI-powered growth tactics.

You’ll map TAM, enrich it, integrate with Salesforce, run outbound campaigns, and manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta. This in-person role is based in San Francisco and requires authorization to work in the United States.

Hotels, vacation rentals, and resorts deploy our agents across guest-facing communication and internal operations, running millions of workflows a day. Hospitality is 10% of global GDP and it turns on customer experience. Resolving a guest request immediately is most of that experience, and resolving one means moving across several tools and between several people. That coordination is the work, and it is what our agents do.

Role: GTM Engineer

You generate MQLs and pipeline for our sales team across three channels: AEO/GEO, outbound, and paid on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta. We are looking for a growth hacker: someone creative who understands Salesforce and wants to own the GTM stack.

What the work looks like

• AEO/GEO. Get Conduit into the answers when buyers ask ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI about our category.
• Outbound. Map our TAM, enrich it, sync it to Salesforce, and run outbound campaigns.
• Paid. Run campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta.
• The stack. Own Salesforce, Clay, Deepline, our data enrichment providers, Amplemarket, and Default.

Who you are

• A growth hacker. You are creative and you run a lot of experiments.
• You understand Salesforce.
• You are AI native.
• You know tools like Clay, Deepline, Amplemarket, and Default, or can pick them up fast.
• You take ownership.
• This role is in person in San Francisco, five days a week. You must be authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation And Benefits

• $180K to $240K base
• 0.20%-0.75% equity
