We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead GTM content strategy and enablement for our enterprise AI chatbot platform, partnering across functions to deliver dynamic, on-demand content.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in technical enablement, GTM operations, RevOps, or AI content management in a B2B SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategy and infrastructure to power GTM content for our enterprise AI chatbot platform.
• Design, build, and deploy customized AI skills that surface relevant enablement materials for AEs.
• Architect prompt frameworks and AI workflows to generate customer-facing assets based on real-time deal context.
• Build and maintain agentic workflows that ping content owners and automate feedback loops.
• Develop a robust GTM content framework for AI searchability and RAG.
