What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Strong communication and facilitation skills to teach AI concepts effectively
- Proficiency in assessing enablement impact using AI insights and performance analytics

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in rolling out or supporting AI adoption programs within a GTM organization
- Working knowledge of AI copilots or productivity platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gong)
- Background in enterprise SaaS or high-growth technology sectors
- Active participation in enablement or GTM-focused peer groups exploring AI innovation
