Job Overview

The Cloud Partnerships Specialist will play a key role in supporting the execution and operational excellence of Relativity's cloud alliance strategy—particularly in partnership with hyperscalers like Microsoft and GCP. This role focuses on driving efficiency across co-sell operations, partner programs, and marketplace processes to accelerate growth through cloud ecosystems.

The role involves coordinating cross-functional activities, managing deal and program workflows, supporting partner enablement, and ensuring accurate partnership data. Responsibilities include Azure Marketplace operations, CRM hygiene, deal registration, co-sell submission, reporting, and maintaining operational rhythm across cloud partners, working closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Legal teams.

This position offers a chance to contribute to the success of Relativity's cloud partnerships by building infrastructure, processes, and executing daily activities that foster deeper partner engagement and scalable growth.

Responsibilities

Job Description and Requirements

  • Drive co-sell operations including referral creation, deal registration, deal validation, and coordination with sales teams and Microsoft field sellers.
  • Ensure accurate pipeline tracking, seller attribution, and KPI alignment through proper CRM hygiene and reporting.

PRACR Reporting & Partner Influence Tracking

  • Manage monthly PRACR submissions to capture Microsoft-influenced opportunities and track seller engagement.
  • Partner with RevOps and Sales leadership to maintain reporting accuracy and support Microsoft's accountability model.

GTM Execution & Sales Enablement

  • Develop joint go-to-market collateral, solution overviews, and messaging with Product Marketing and Microsoft partner managers.
  • Maintain enablement materials for sales and customer success teams via channels like Highspot.

Marketplace Operations Support

  • Support Azure Marketplace listing updates, private offer setup, and price configuration.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft and stakeholders for smooth transacting experiences.

Partner Program & Incentive Execution

  • Oversee Microsoft program compliance such as IP Co-Sell, Azure Innovate, and Marketplace Rewards.

Event & Marketing Coordination

  • Assist with joint marketing efforts like webinars and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years in partner operations, channel programs, or related roles, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, AWS Partner Network, or Google Cloud Partner Advantage Program.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $94,000 to $140,000, based on experience and qualifications. The position is full-time, remote/hybrid, and based in Los Angeles, CA.
