Job summary

Decagon is seeking its first GTM Analytics Engineer to build the data infrastructure that powers our entire go-to-market organization. You''ll own turning raw, messy data into clean, well-modeled tables that RevOps, sales leadership, and the exec team can actually build on.

This is a true 0-to-1 role with support from the broader RevOps & GTM team: you''ll design data structures and modeling layers from the ground up, setting standards for how GTM data gets structured.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data/analytics engineering with ownership of ETL/ELT pipelines and dbt in production
• Strong SQL skills and experience building data warehouses in BigQuery or equivalent
• Direct experience working with GTM data - Salesforce必須, familiarity with Gong, Outreach, or similar tools is a plus
• Strong grasp of SaaS & GTM metrics (ARR/NRR, conversion, win rate, sales cycle) from GTM data
• Experience creating outputs (dashboards, ad hoc analyses) using BI tools for self-serve analytics

Responsibilities

• Design and build foundational GTM data infrastructure in BigQuery
• Transform raw CRM and GTM tool data into clean, trusted tables for reporting
• Translate ad hoc requests into durable data models with documentation
• Build and maintain data pipelines to keep GTM data fresh and accurate
• Own data quality with testing, validation, and monitoring
• Set standards for GTM data modeling as the function scales
