Job summary

Eliza is seeking a GTM Forward Deployed Engineer to own the motion from early client conversation to a signed statement of work. Working with the CCO and sales, you will turn opportunities into a repeatable, high-quality process for producing excellent statements of work.

This is a senior individual contributor role for someone deeply fluent in modern AI architecture, capable of translating business goals into technical solutions and building proofs of concept to turn high-value opportunities

Qualifications

• Clear communication that aligns client and Eliza.
• Deep fluency across LLMs, databases, orchestration tools, and cloud APIs.
• Hands-on ability to build defensible proofs of concept.
• Natural partner to sales, focused on client ROI.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced early-stage company.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to win valuable deals by leading a best-in-class pre-sales motion.
• Translate business goals into concrete technical architectures and data access methods.
• Build defensible proofs of concept that demonstrate value and credibility.
• Author clear statements of work with credible estimates for effort, timeline, and pricing.
• Scale the Eliza approach by codifying templates, playbooks, and repeatable processes.
