Cribl is seeking a GTM AI Product Manager to define, build, and scale AI-powered experiences that measurably improve sales productivity and revenue execution. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for AI-enabled GTM solutions, partnering with sellers and GTM leaders to design intuitive workflows and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or related function at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience owning product vision, roadmap prioritization, requirements, launches, adoption, and success metrics for a business-critical product.
• Strong understanding of CUJ and JTBD frameworks and applying them to seller workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GTM AI with GTM leaders and stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end accountability for discovery, prioritization, delivery, adoption, and outcomes.
• Lead discovery with sellers to identify needs and translate insights into clear product requirements.
• Build AI-powered workflows that improve seller productivity and automate workflows.
