Everlaw seeks a GTM AI technologist to design, build, and scale AI engines and workflow automations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll own a multi‑year AI roadmap and build an intelligence platform leveraging trusted data.

The role is full‑time, exempt, based in Oakland, CA with hybrid schedule (M/W/Th in the office, Tu/Fr optional remote). Expect salary to reflect strong market range and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM analytics, revOps, or data products with AI hands‑on delivery.
• Hands‑on experience building/shipping production AI agents and workflows.
• Experience with enterprise AI models and tool integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI experiences and context‑aware agents in GTM workflows.
• Implement automated workflows reducing manual data tasks and approvals.
• Develop decision intelligence to flag deal risks and identify opportunities.
• Own GTM AI strategy, governance, and data lineage across systems.
• Establish AI governance, security, privacy, and responsible‑AI practices.
