Job summary

The Workflow Company is seeking an individual contributor to design and maintain AI-powered GTM workflows and lightweight tools. You will prototype internal AI applications for research, outreach, content, and reporting, and optimize AI-assisted sales outreach sequencing and personalization.

You will own HubSpot lifecycle workflows, routing, scoring, and data hygiene, and build reusable campaign templates, modules, and workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered GTM workflows and lightweight tooling.
• Prototyping internal AI applications for outreach, content, and reporting.
• Experience automating processes and maintaining data hygiene practices.
