Job summary

Learning Care Group in Michigan is seeking a GSRP Aide to support Lead and Associate Teachers in preparing children for Kindergarten and beyond, in a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.

You will assist with routines, activities, and health/safety compliance while building positive relationships with children and families. A high school diploma or GED is required, with early childhood coursework or experience preferred.

The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan’s state-funded, nationally recognized Pre-K program for 4-year-olds. As a GSRP Aide, you will support the Lead and Associate Teachers in preparing children for Kindergarten and beyond by helping create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.

As a GSRP Aide, you will:

• Support classroom routines and help with daily activities, meals, and transitions.
