Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a GSRP Aide in Michigan to support Lead and Associate Teachers in preparing children for Kindergarten and beyond. Help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment while following licensing and center guidelines.

You will assist with routines, activities, and transitions, build positive relationships with children, and promote age-appropriate learning experiences in a supportive setting. Equal opportunity employer.

• High school diploma or GED; early childhood coursework or experience preferred.

The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan's state-funded, nationally recognized Pre-K program for 4-year-olds. As a GSRP Aide, you will support the Lead and Associate Teachers in preparing children for Kindergarten and beyond by helping create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.

As a GSRP Aide, you will:
