The GSRP associate teacher teaches preschool school subjects to students within the Great Start Readiness Preschool (GSRP) Program. The work week consists of M‑Th 8:30 AM‑4:00 PM, and four (4) hours on Fridays.
The individual will be an Imlay City Schools staff member contracted through Genesee Education Consultant Services (GECS).
Other duties as assigned.

Applicants will be expected to have the ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Applicants will be expected to have the ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to staff, parents, students and administrators. Individual fluent in Spanish preferred.

The employee needs to be able to tell where a sound is coming from and hear in a noisy environment. The employee must be able to transfer and/or lift a small adult. The employee must have the ability to perform cleaning of toileting accidents that may occur due to the age of participants in the program. The employee must hold and be willing to maintain valid CPR certification.
