UGHE is seeking a Coordinator for GSRH Programs and Membership Engagement in Kigali to drive curriculum integration, member engagement, and program leadership across Africa. You will work with the Director and Program Lead to ensure evidence-based, contextually appropriate activities across workstreams, including leadership academies, while growing the Secretariat's membership base.

Strong English and French, SRHR programming experience, and a Master’s degree in global health or related field

Qualifications

• Masters in global health, health professions education, gender studies, or related field.
• Experience with SRHR and/or gender equity programming in an academic context preferred.
• Experience with network coordination, membership-based organizations, or multi-country programs.
• Curriculum design or faculty development experience preferred.
• Grant management and donor reporting experience preferred.
• Proven ability to work in English and French and strong writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate integration of GSRH content into curricula and training programs.
• Co-design GSRH curriculum content for academies and training initiatives.
• Provide program leadership and oversee quality-improvement projects.
• Support fellowship training through recruitment and partner-site coordination.
• Monitor and evaluate GSRH programs and contribute to donor reporting.
• Serve as the main contact for member institutions on GSRH programming.
