This on-site role requires strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a 24/7 environment. The position offers 24/7 operational coverage with day, swing, or overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, email, Microsoft Office, and web-based systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and ability to follow established procedures.
• Attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor communications, security reports, alerts for incidents or risks.
• Maintain situational awareness of active assignments and staff.
• Receive, assess, document, and escalate incidents per procedures.
• Coordinate with field personnel, management, clients, and emergency services.
• Monitor news, weather, safety advisories, and open-source information.
• Prepare incident reports, situation reports, and shift summaries.
• Maintain records of communications and actions.
• Support staffing coordination and shift changes.
• Conduct shift briefings and handoffs.
• Handle confidential information professionally.
• Identify operational concerns and escalate as needed.
• Perform other related duties.
