Job summary

Control Risks is hiring a GSOC Intelligence Analyst to support a multinational technology client with real-time threat monitoring, collection, analysis, and reporting as part of a global security operations team.

The role covers the weekend swing shift on a 4x10 schedule (Mon-Fri 11:00 am–9:00 pm) with 24/7/365 coverage, including weekends and holidays. Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years in related fields are preferred; strong OSINT and threat reporting skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in intelligence or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years in intelligence analysis or related roles.
• Foundational OSINT collection and social media monitoring experience.
• Familiarity with risk intelligence platforms or emergency notification tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team-centered.
• Ability to work 24/7/365 GSOC coverage and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous monitoring of open-source intelligence, social media, and client tools for threats to personnel and assets.
• Assess violence, protests, civil unrest, sentiment, and reputational threats impacting the client.
• Support executive monitoring focused on CEO travel and safety.
• Identify developments affecting personnel, operations, and events globally.
• Draft concise intelligence products: alerts, SITREPs, updates, and assessments.
• Maintain situational awareness during incidents and provide timely updates.
• Support research and collaborative analysis to aid intelligence production.
• Collaborate with security stakeholders to validate threats and mitigation plans.
• Deliver briefings to security leadership and stakeholders as needed.
• Ensure continuous coverage and proper handovers across shifts.
