Allied Universal is hiring a GSOC Analyst in White Plains to oversee a Metro North Railroad site. The role is full-time with multiple shifts and a focus on incident recognition, intelligence analysis, emergency response, and physical security.

Responsibilities include monitoring events, producing risk reports, handling emergency communications, and coordinating with security teams. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree or military/security experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State-required training or licensing.
• One of: 1+ year verifiable security experience, military service, police cadets, or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Operate radio/telephone equipment or console monitors.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Decision making, multitasking, and ability to work under high stress.
• Knowledge of global events and geography.
• Analytical, critical thinker able to handle ambiguity.
• Follow written policies and procedures.
• Strong computer skills with complex platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as communications hub for the Global Security department
• Monitor global events and assess/communicate impact to a high-profile customer
• Prepare risk and intelligence reports for Global Security and stakeholders
• Receive calls for help and respond appropriately
• Support crisis mitigation and after-action reporting
• Assist in sending company mass notifications
• Monitor risks to supply chain assets
• Monitor health of Global Security platforms and applications
• Monitor access control and CCTV systems and coordinate response
• Collaborate with Security Guard Force and partners to meet goals
• Assist Global Security Management with other tasks as assigned
