Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a GSOC Analyst to support the Global Security Management for a high-profile client. The role involves incident recognition, intelligence analysis, emergency response, and physical security operations. You will collaborate with security teams and business partners to deliver timely insights.

The position is full-time with flex hours, including weekends, in Cumberland, RI. Prior dispatcher or customer service experience is preferred, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One or more of: security experience, military or police service, or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Ability to operate radio/console monitors and communicate at an executive level.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the communications hub for Global Security.
• Monitor events globally and assess impact for a high-profile client.
• Produce risk and intelligence reports for stakeholders.
• Receive calls and respond to emergencies from employees worldwide.
• Support crisis mitigation and after-action reporting.
• Monitor access control and CCTV systems and coordinate responses.
